Below is an update from the team after a visit to a farm wanting us to give them a hand.
Last Friday we visited a potential client to catch up with them about what we could offer them in the HR space.
We had a really good chat about the health and safety policies, contracts and any other policies that they currently have in place. We found a few areas we can
definitely help them out.
They’re currently having some issues with staff on the farm so we’re going to implement and be on-farm to carry out performance reviews for them, as well as making sure their employees' contracts are up to date and relevant. We will also update their health and safety policy and create an employee handbook for them which they currently don’t have in place.
The more we chatted to them and let them know how we could help them out we could all slowly see the relief and weight lift off their shoulders. They had been in a situation where they felt stuck and weren’t sure how they could get out of it.
It is so rewarding for us to be the solution for them and help take the pressure off.
