Trinity offers a HR subscription service where we’ll work alongside your business to implement HR policies, tailored Health & Safety procedures, and assist in preparation of employment documentation.

Starting with an HR Warrant of Fitness (WOF), we will look over your existing policies, Individual Employment Agreements, and compliance documents to ensure your business can be operated safely and efficiently. From there, we will recommend which subscription tier will best suit your business. Through our HR Subscriptions, we will work with you to make sure we understand your business and its compliance needs and, therefore, keep you up to date with legislation changes or updates that may affect your business. We will also offer advice with any staffing related question or issue, and assist with any documentation needed affecting your employees. This way, you can focus more on running and growing your business, and less in managing your staff and compliance policies.

We operate these in 3 HR Subscription Tiers, all at a small monthly fee:
- GOLD: Includes advice from our qualified and licensed HR and Health & Safety team, access to all employment documents - contracts, tenancy agreements, and policy builders. You will also get quarterly onsite visits for you and your team, drug screenings, and health and safety plans.
- SILVER: Includes advice from our qualified and licensed HR and Health & Safety team, and access to all employment documents.
- BRONZE: Includes advice from our qualified and licensed HR and Health & Safety team, and half the price access to employment documents (priced individually).

Health & Safety

Establishing effective Health and Safety (H&S) procedures for your business is essential to not only keeping employees safe by mitigating potential risks, but also protecting the business if an unforeseen incident or accident happens.

As part of the HR subscription service, our team will tailor H&S policy and systems to your business, reducing significantly risks of workplace incidents.

We also have qualified drug testers available for pre-employment drug screening whenever a new employee joins your team, or whenever this service is required. Drug screenings are included in our HR subscription-based service and recruitment packages.
