Cassandra Knox

Managing Director

Cass started Trinity after seeing a lack of care and appreciation within the recruitment industry. Cass lives with her partner and their 6 children on a lifestyle block in Canterbury. With a background in recruitment, sales and people management Cass leads the company with experience and respect for those around her.

Cass won the award for Emerging Leader at the 2022 South Canterbury Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards.

Rike Struss

Rike Struss

Agricultural Business Manager

Rike is originally from Germany and moved to New Zealand in 2011 after graduating high school. She gained her Bachelor of Accountancy degree through Massey University in 2022.

Rike has got extensive experience in the dairy industry, including roles ranging from Contract Milker to AI technician. Rike lives in Rangiora with her daughter and partner. In her free time she enjoys snow skiing, hiking, socialicing and playing squash.

Angeli Lagonoy

Originally from Manila, Philippines, Angeli has a degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines and is currently working on finishing her Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice from Toi-Ohomai.

Prior to starting at Trinity, she worked in the healthcare industry for 5 years and brings forth her advocacy skills and passion for helping. Her experience as a migrant drew her to studying Immigration Advice and she hopes to be able to help more people achieving their immigration goals in NZ. Angeli and her partner live in Christchurch with their new puppy, a Golden Retriever named Scotty, who takes up most of their spare time nowadays.

Vera George

Born in Wellington and spending a large amount of her life in Greece, Vera's path into immigration advice stemmed from her personal ties to migration and displacement, being both the daughter of migrants and the granddaughter of refugees.

While studying for a Master's degree in Science, she uncovered her talent for simplifying intricate concepts while also serving as an interpreter. Pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Intercultural Communication and Applied Translation allowed her to refine these skills, leading her naturally into the field of immigration advice, where she applies these skills in real world situations.  As she approaches the conclusion of her second master's degree, Vera derives great satisfaction from supporting driven individuals through the immigration journey and rejoicing in their accomplishments.

Vera lives with her long-suffering husband, who lives in the hope of one day acquiring  a dog. In her free time, Vera loves cooking and traveling and experiencing all that life has to offer

Gini Lambertucci

Gini Lambertucci

Immigration Administrator and Pastoral Care Consultant

Gini is from Argentina and came to Ashburton, New Zealand in 2015 with her husband and son to work in the dairy industry.

Now she has 3 lovely kids and enjoys baking and spending time with the family and friends.

Gini had been an Early Childhood Teacher for many years, so she likes to look after people and is excited to be part of the Trinity Team as an Administrator and Pastoral Care Consultant.

Nicole Ditchburn

Office Administrator

Nicole moved to Canterbury in 2013 after growing up in Hamilton and is still very much a loyal Chiefs supporter. (We won't hold that against her).

Nicole has a background in Legal/Administration and currently lives with her Husband and two children on a dairy farm just south of Dunsandel.

Nicole Joins trinity as our office administrator and is based in our Rolleston office.

Remolla Pillay

Recruitment Consultant

Remolla moved to New Zealand in 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Social Science, Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from the University of KwaZulu Natal in South Africa. Her years of experience working as a legal advisor has taught Remolla about building strong client relationships. She has a good work ethic and is always eager to learn new things. In her spare time, Remolla enjoys baking and spending time with her husband and two sons.

Katie Fendall

Katie originally born in Singapore has lived in many locations courtesy of the New Zealand Army, eventually settling in Canterbury.

She has spent the last 14 years working in the electricity industry working as an account manager and is excited to start a new career in Recruitment.

Katie lives in Yaldhurst with her Husband, Son and dog, Bozley.  In her free time you will find her finding the best swings and slides, catching up with friends that is like family and enjoying good Italian food.

Born in Christchurch Polly moved to Queenstown for a number of years and then eventually returned back to Christchurch 2 and a half years ago.

Polly’s career started in the healthcare industry before she eventually found her niche in Recruitment and has been working in recruitment for almost 2 years now. Polly is passionate about helping others find sustainable employment, whilst also supporting the clients and their business to ensure all staffing needs are seamless and tailored to their individual needs.

Outside of work Polly lives in Rolleston with her young family, and enjoys going for walks, beach days, camping and catching up with her friends.

Heather joins our team with 8 years of experience in recruitment and 30 years of experience in sales and BDM roles in a variety of sectors including food and commercial cleaning.

In her spare time she loves to watch cricket, rugby, read a good book, cook, garden and spend time with her friends, her cat and her dog

Andrew Lamont

Originally from Alexandra, Andrew has lived throughout New Zealand, from Dunedin to Whanganui.

He has worked in many workplaces including a market garden, a dairy farm, hospitality, business operations, education and central government.

Andrew enjoys travel, freedom camping and hiking, having travelled around South East Asia and almost all of New Zealand. He's always on a search for the most beautiful location. His background is in the social sciences and he's am interested in building thriving communities in New Zealand and helping people uplift themselves through education and work.

Dayna Johnson

Personal Assistant

Born in Auckland, Dayna moved down to Christchurch in 2016 and now lives in Rolleston with her partner and their 2 cats, Dobby & Kitty.

Dayna is an active member of a few community groups, she is secretary of Waimak Young Farmers, junior vice-chair of Tasman Young Farmers, vice-president elect for Rotaract Christchurch & a committee member of Rangiora A&P show & South Island Agriculture Field Days

In her spare time, she thoroughly enjoys spending time with her family & friends, and love trying new places to eat.
