At just over 2 years old, Trinity has come to life to promote a change in the employment market and provide a more humane, kind and honest service for businesses and candidates. The need for our company in the New Zealand market proved to be such that we have experienced a fast and immense growth.
Back to when we started, we were a very small team in an even smaller office in Timaru. We call our first ever office a ‘shoe box’, as that was what it seemed like. It was a one room rectangular office with no windows, that suited us just enough in the beginning of 2021. But as our client base quickly expanded, we had to adjust and decided to open a new office in Dunsandel. We also expanded our office in Timaru shortly after that and those two offices served us really well for the past 18 months.
With the border reopening in August this year and offshore recruitment becoming more and more in demand, we’ve had another big growth on our team and unfortunately our Dunsandel office became too small for all of us, literally. At the same time, our client base in the Selwyn and Christchurch areas grew exponentially, with many construction and infrastructure businesses needing staff members and Accredited Employer Work Visa advice.
The path we had to take was very clear and I immediately started looking for a new office to accommodate our growing company. After a few weeks of research, I found this spacious and modern office located on top of the Westland building in Rolleston’s Izone, that would be perfect to match our needs and provide more comfort to our team. Luckily, everything worked well and got the office! Even being only about 1 week old, it already feels like home.
We said goodbye to our Dunsandel office but will forever cherish all the experiences and memories created there!
