Trinity will host an exclusive seminar on Offshore recruitment options and how to hire migrant workers under the Accredited Employer Work Visa on Tuesday, 28 June in Ashburton.

The seminar will be focused on Agricultural recruitment and will be directed especially to Dairy Farmers. The industry has been affected by the staff shortage caused by the closure of the New Zealand borders. There are not enough people currently in the country to fill all available roles. Now, after over two years of borders restrictions, New Zealand dairy farmers will be able to restart recruiting skilled dairy workers from other countries to join their workforce.

At Trinity, we receive daily expressions of interest from experienced dairy workers living overseas that are seeking an opportunity to work in New Zealand. Many candidates have over 2 years of experience working in either Saudi Arabia or Japan, where herd sizes are similar to those in our country. Our Agricultural recruitment team, in partnership with agencies overseas, is ready to bring them over and fill those positions as soon as possible.

So if you need staff from overseas, save the date and join us in this comprehensive seminar where we will explain how you can get your overseas staff in your farm as soon as possible.

The seminar’s main topics are:

-         Recruiting Dairy Workers from offshore

-         Recruiting workers from Philippines

-         Understanding the new Accredited Employer Work Visa and the three steps: Accreditation, Job Check and Migrant Check

-         Getting Accredited and ready to hire migrant workers
